Mandatory Skills
Elicit requirements using document analysis, requirements workshops,
surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios,
business analysis and workflow analysis.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, creating
wireframes/ screen mockups and documentation
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal
customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a
thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
translate them into application and operational requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
subject matter experts
Academic background in Computer Science or Engineering OR Medical Sciences
US Healthcare knowledge & experience
Knowledge of Medical Claims workflows is a must
Understanding on large & complex health claims datasets (proprietary
formats and Standard EDI formats)
Medical Claims Dataset experience – EDI formats 837i/p, Common claims
formats
Proficient in MS OFFICE – Excel, Word, Access
