Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to work independently.
Experience constructing Use Cases, Data Flow Diagrams, Flow Charts, Process
Decomposition, and other visual forms of communication of requirements.
Familiarity with data analysis and logical data modeling: Experience with
test strategy and planning for application integration, system, UAT
testing. Experience with integration testing of applications interfacing to
multiple enterprise systems. Ability to coordinate testing activity in
accordance with test plan.
Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly document a test plan, test
scripts, and expected or actual results. Experience with Lotus Notes.
Preferred skills include experience in the utility industry. Experience
with Customer Information Systems. Experience in Utility Customer Choice
systems especially within the Texas, Ohio and Michigan market would be a
large advantage. Background in documentation and analysis of data and
reporting requirements. Experience with both waterfall and agile SDLC
methodology
