*Job Description*
- Good In CRM (any package Oracle or Siebel)
- 5-6 years of experience in CRM.
- Liaise with customer / client manager to understand the business
requirements and scenarios to come up with UAT test scenarios and test cases
- Come up with a right test approach, and plan
- Strong hands on experience in CRM.
- Coordination and preparation of test data and assuring test
environment are ready
- Execute tests and raise defects as per requirements.
- Coordinate across all interfacing groups for execution readiness
- Mentor and provide technical support to other testers (SIT or
business)
- Excellent communication skills & analytical abilities
