concepts (performance monitoring, replication, backup and recovery,
subsystem creation and parameter configuration) desirable, usually acquired
through at least six to eight years of experience. High degree of tuning and
problem diagnosis capabilities are key competencies, as well as knowledge of
emerging trends in *DB2 Database Management*.
Education: BS Degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal
education
