Work closely with business users to design, develop, test and implement input schedules, reports and custom interfaces. Work on complex reporting requirements and interface BPC and BI applications to design end-to-end reporting solutions. Administer and oversee any changes to the application design and functionality. Assist in troubleshooting technical and functional issues, work closely with end-users, and technical support to resolve issues. Write and/or review documentation / user guides / SAP training material as required. A clear understanding of change control/project management. Experience – Must possess experience in the activities indicated below: Complete understanding of BPC design and architecture. Experience in the area of SAP BPC application design, development, administration and maintenance, and experience with SAP BPC on the Microsoft or Netweaver platform. Experience with integrated solutions involving SAP performance management (EPM) and reporting solutions (such as: SAP Profitability Analysis, SAP BPC/Cartesis, SSM, OutlookSoft (SAP BPC). Finance background, including planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. CPA and/or Finance and Accounting experience is a plus. Thorough understanding of SAP BPC (OutlookSoft) functionality and experience with BPC implementation and roll-outs. Experience with designing / implementing master data solutions in conjunction with ERP or reporting solution implementations. Full software development lifecycle experience, including budgets. Ability to design and develop input schedules, reports and custom interfaces. Designing application set, application, dimensions, properties, loading data. Development of planning / forecasting models. Working on complex reporting requirements and interfacing BPC applications to design end-to-end reporting solutions. Experience (Netweaver) Must possess experience in the activities indicated below: Solid experience working with BW, Data Transports, Netweaver platform, ETL / extractors. Good ABAP design and development skills. SAP Certified BI / BW Solutions Consultant - preferred, but not a prerequisite. Strong background in data warehousing, data mining, multi-dimensional modeling, and reporting. Significant modeling background. Must possess experience in the activities indicated below: Experience using filters, use of ODS for BO reports, Variables, Hierarchies, etc. Experience in ECC 6.0 environment. Experience with SAP BI. Experience with SAP Business Intelligence Reporting. *Additional Skills:* Admin Resource will be responsible for the assessment of Business Planning and Consolidations, Financial Consolidation and/or Management Reporting / Analysis capabilities and create system and process recommendations, for a BPC implementation running on a SAP Microsoft 7.x/10.x and/or Netweaver 7.5/10.0 platform. Must also be able to provide business needs analysis and technical design. Will be called upon to perform some or all of the tasks indicated below: Engage in SAP end-to-end deployment lifecycle activities to enable the company’s end-to-end performance management cycle, based on SAP performance management solutions, including the following activities: Documentation of business requirements Application design Conducting gap analyses between business requirements and SAP solutions Creation of functional design documentation Build test and deployment Gather requirements and provide documentation for to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements / KPIs.
