analyzes complex business problems to be solved with processes and PLM
applications across the enterprise. Analyst provides technical expertise in
identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost
effective and meet user requirements. Plans and executes system,
integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems
to meet business requirements. Analyst may provide consultation to users in
the area of applications and systems. Analyst may lead cross-functional
linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Experience in business analysis of PLM applications is a must
Experience with Teamcenter, NX, and Visualization tools
Experience developing UAT , Test Cases, QA Testing
Experience creating SQL queries is a plus
Develop requirements and establish traceability to the business vision
Manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and
maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team
Proficient with technical documentation, including business requirements,
functional specifications, support documentation, user guides, workflow
processes and test cases
Ensure the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended
audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being
implemented and tested
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels including
executive management
Facilitate a critical communications role by interacting with users
(business domain), project team members and development personnel
(technical domain)
Proficient requirements meeting facilitator, demonstrated experience in
facilitating sessions (10 to 20 people) using techniques to help define
scope and requirements during the lifecycle
Experience with SDLC and at least one or two project management
methodologies
Work experience in manufacturing or truck automotive industry a plus
