*Requirements/Responsibilities:*
• Will include Genesys Composer, VoiceXML, CCXML, and Java back-end
integration
• Will be supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting IVR
applications within GVP written in Java and Genesys Studio
• Will also include IVR applications in Genesys Composer
• These IVR applications have integrations into backend systems so
need to be able to support this integration, most of which are integration
through stored procedures and Java web services
• Genesys v8 preferred
• Need excellent analysis and design skills
