These contractors will eventually need an HSPD-12 clearance so it is
critical that candidates have a clean background- they can pass a drug and
background/credit check. All 6 candidates to start- there is no interview
with the manager, so basically you get me 6 ArcSight Engineers that are
sharp and ready to go to either Chicago, Morrisville, or Bedminster we’ll
close all of them.
*Must Haves:*
3-5 years of experience with ArcSight from a SIEM perspective
Experience with multiple firewalls (ie Palo Alto, Juniper, etc.)
IDS/HIPS/MIDS (Manage Intrusion Detection)
Hands on experience with networking equipment
*Pluses:*
ArcSight Certifications
*Role:*
These resources will be handling logs, setting up and configuring
connectors/collectors, and work with logs coming into the SIEM to establish
threshold for the given device feed. The service they provide to their
customers is called SETA (Security Event Threat Analysis).
