*SharePoint Deployment Analyst*
*Location: HOUSTON TX *
*Duration: 11 months*
*Job Description:*
The role of a SharePoint deployment analyst is to help business
stakeholders configure their new SharePoint sites.
The deployment analyst must therefore interact with the stakeholders to
clarify and understand the specific configuration requirements and then
apply the functional knowledge of SharePoint to implement the requirements.
Must work closely with the deployment lead and to ensure the proposed
changes are in line with the strategic and tactical goals of the programme.
The deployment analyst is expected to plan, monitor and manage the progress
of the deliverables he/she is responsible for
*Key Responsibilities *
Configuring SharePoint sites per business requirements
Interface with Migration Team and provide SharePoint support for any
content migration issues
Assist business teams with any information management queries
Utilize Functional SharePoint knowledge to provide best practices
Report progress to deployment lead
*Required Skills *
Technical o Functional SharePoint 2010/2013 knowledge
Experience with SharePoint designer workflows
SharePoint 2010/2013 Administration Business
Implement SharePoint Features and Functionalities delivering required
business capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills; team player
Awareness of best practices and formal methodologies for analysis o Must be
used to working as part of a global, virtual project team Other
Dynamic personality with high energy levels, able to work under pressure in
a fast moving environment
Ability to understand scope, schedule own work and report on progress
Self-confidence o Analytical thinking, attention to detail
Ability to interact with staff at all levels
Strong customer oriented focus
