*Tibco Billing System Analyst*
*Location: Bothell, WA*
*Duration: 6+ Months*
*Overview:*
Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or developed
applications or systems, prepare detailed flow charts (work flow, activity,
and sequence diagrams), outlining systems capabilities and processes
following waterfall SDLC or RUP guidelines. Translate business and user
requirements into accurate system requirements specification documents
through systems and data analysis.
*Requirements:*
3-5 yrs experience in software development, software design or business
process design (example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc) and
implementation preferred { Working Knowledge of UML, SQL, JMS, XML, Oracle.
Java knowledge preferred.}
Experience creating Functional Specification documents required. Experience
creating Impact Assessment documents is preferred.
Experience in Systems Analysis of medium to large-scale projects with
multiple functional components
Must have 1-2 years of experience with TIBCO, or other Integration
platforms like Web Methods, MQ Series, Vitria, Weblogic Integration
Platform a strong plus
Experience with multiple functional areas including billing, service, and
finance required
Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of various business process and
system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER
diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State
Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenario.
Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the system development life
cycle and can train others on SDLC concepts
Demonstrates thorough working knowledge to effectively manage time,
prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, create deliverables
and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion
Experience in telecommunications industry preferred ( wireless industry is
a plus)
