* MUST have excellent analysis and problem solving skills
* Good communication skills, ability to be part of a Sprint Team
* Independent Self Starter
* Understanding of the entire Architecture and how the Business Logic
Flows through application
* Strong Core Java Developer
* Junit or EasyMock (they ask a lot about Unit Testing)
* Must have Spring Framework and hopefully MVC
* PL/SQL Oracle back-end database
* Some middleware exp (Weblogic,Websphere, Tomcat)
* JSP
* Agile exp is not required, but certainly preferred. If not they must
demonstrate the ability to work in that fast paced Agile environment
* Financial Services Project is exp is Preferred.
