Migrate all existing retail incident, problem, and change reports to new
Business Intelligence Platform
Data Models
Work with team to create/modify data models for new datasets as required to
facilitate retail specific reporting sets
Work with teams to create CUBEs as required to facilitate more efficient and
effective reporting
Dashboard
Develop and Publish Retail Incident, Problem, and Change Dashboards
Develop and enable online access methodology for dashboard and core reports
Automation
Develop scheduled tasks, jobs, and worksheets and slides required to
automate the creation of recurring monthly and weekly reports
Documentation
Document the scheduled tasks, graphs, and dashboards sufficiently
