Job Title: *Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Functional Lead*
Location: *Indianapolis, IN*
Duration: Long Term Contract
Rate: DOE
Required Skills:
-Extensive HCM Functional experience of 8+ years
-At least 1 year of implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
(Workforce, Performance and Talent and Compensation modules).
-Should have implemented Oracle Fusion Performance Management for at least
1 customer (reference required).
-Must have at least 5-6 Implementations on HRIS systems related to core HR,
Performance, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Compensation.
-Should be able to interact with customer and understand business
requirements and translate it into functional/technical requirement.
-Should be able to interact with offshore (India) and guide them through
functional setups.
-Should be able to lead CRP and UAT sessions.
-Extensive experience in any HCM applications like Oracle EBS or PeopleSoft.
-Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a HCM solution
based on Oracle Fusion technology. Should have the know-how of how
Applications on Cloud works.
