Technical/Functional Skills Should be able to define, design and
execute End-End Performance testing activities
• At least 5-10 Yrs. of exp in Performance Testing
• Good Exp in Performance Engineering
• Strong Experience in Performance Testing using HP Load Runner
• Good Exp in creating load test scripts using VUGen in at least
two or more of the following protocols: HTTP, SOAP, AJAX Click and Script,
ODBC, Terminal Emulator, Visual Basic, .NET and Java
• Should have strong exp on performance test techniques for load,
stress, volume, soak, Scalability, Reliability, Failover, Recovery to
simulate projected production load
• Good exp in defining and executing the perf. test strategy, perf.
test framework, perf. test planning, work load model, scripting, execution
and root cause analysis of performance hotspots
• Conduct performance test at the client-side, server-side,
database and component level
• Identify performance bottlenecks, assist development team with
resolution and validate performance improvement
• Should be able to work individually with minimal supervision and
guidance and report to Test Manager
• Very good communication skills
Prerable to have an experience in Oracle EBS Protocol
