Duration : 6+Months

MUST:
Expertise installing SAP applications on a virtualized RHEL 5x & 6x Linux
platform and tuning accordingly
Hands on management skills of at least 4 of the following in a RHEL
environment: ECC, EP, BI, SRM, SCM, CRM, PI
Demonstrate a technical understanding of enterprise class High Availability
and Disaster Recovery implementations; database, storage and Enqueue
replication scenarios.
Demonstrate the ability to think beyond tactical/immediate deliverables to
assess and mitigate risks and costs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related
field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 2 to 5 years of SAP
programming/systems analysis experience.
SHOULD:
Should be familiar with virtualization of the DB using Oracle RAC
Database migration experience
Should be familiar with SAP ECC
Should understand the complexities of moving from a combined DB/CI
environment to a dedicated DB with separate CI
Demonstrate recent, professional exposure to SAN/storage technologies (EMC
DMX is preferred)
Demonstrate recent, professional exposure to Oracle database technologies
(10g, 11g, RAC, OEM/GC preferred)
Demonstrate recent, professional experience in the documentation of
existing/legacy systems for which documentation may be absent or scattered
Demonstrate an understanding of some quality/maturity methodology (ITIL,
Six Sigma, etc.)
