Good knowledge of 3NF Data Modeling
Expertise in Requirement Analysis, Source Application Analysis & Data
Profiling
Expertise in SQL
Designed Fact-Dimensional and Star Schemas on Hive.
Knowledge of Hive and Hive QL.
Designed data models that integrated MDM sources with the data warehouse.
Can design optimized Fact-Dimensional models that consume data from big
data sources.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend tuning optimizations
Designed models for real-time data warehouse applications.
Good knowledge of ETL and Reporting /Visualization techniques and tools
like Informatica, Data Stage, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, SAS VA,
etc.
Strong verbal and communication skills
Good to have functional knowledge of Oil & Gas industry.
Good to have knowledge of Hadoop, Map Reduce, Hive, Pig and other Apache
