About 12+ years of total experience and 6 years hands on experience in ESM
tools (Enterprise system management).

·         Experience in ESM tools consulting, design and implementation

·         Strong experience in BMC BPPM and Ca wily tools set

·         Experience in ITSM tools - BMC Remedy suite

·         *Good Exposure in following tools,*

o    HP Service management suite (HP Service Manager & UCMDB)

o    BMC Remedy

o    IBM Netcool suite

o    Ca ehealth and Netscout

o    HP BTO Suite

·         Exposure  with designing building, maintaining automated
remediation actions

·         Good experience in project planning and managing migration
projects

·         Well versed with ITIL framework

·         Ability to understand and develop an approach to enable new
requirement

·         Provide improvement in quality and efficiency of solution
delivered.

·         Project management skill set will be added advantage

·         Accountable to client for achieving specific outcomes by
delivering services as directed by the Business stake holders

·         Ability and Willingness to travel 75%.

*Key Responsibility : *

·         Plan and design tools architecture

·         Design solution for tool Rationalization and transformation

·         Coordinate with stake holders for data gathering, planning and
implementation

·         Develop detailed implementation plan, dependencies and Risk for
tools implementation/migration

·         Develop transformation themes and its implementation approach



*Good to have : *

·         BMC BPPM and Ca wily toolsets

·         ITIL certification a plus
