Job Title    :   PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead
Location    :   San Francisco,CA (local candidates preferred)
Duration    :   6 month(s)

*Required Experience And Skills :*

   - Compensation Management module functional and implementation
   experience.
   - Needs to have strength/depth in the following module areas and hands
   on experience in a prior implementation/upgrade, client facing project
   setting, version 9.1 preferred:
   - Variable Compensation – ability to design and setup variable
   compensation plans with various criteria for multiple groups
   - Merit Increase Processing – ability to design and setup merit increase
   management processes with integration from performance management,
   compensation matrices, and workflow
   - Must be able to create/understanding:  requirements, functional
   specifications, test matrices, test scripts, execute testing, and record
   UPK content for Compensation Management.
