An advanced knowledge for use of -- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer); Defect Tracking Tool (Serena Team Track); Configuration Management System (PVCS Version Manager);Testing Tools (HP Quality Center, HP Quick Test Pro, Load Runner); Ability to configure or customize tools.
