They are focused on a Java Developer who is dynamic, passionate, and wants to work in a rewarding environment. *The role:* • Work closely with executive leadership, product managers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing SaaS solution for clients within the financial services industry • Participate in discussions regarding new product development and product enhancements • Develop and coordinate estimates for software defects, new features and enhancements that are included in service releases • Design, document, code and deploy new features and defects for system related issues *(including creation of T-SQL queries, creation of web services, client-side JavaScript (including jQuery) and Java development)* • Provide engineering thought leadership as a practicing member of the development team. • Responsible for overall application framework and architecture • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • High degree of proficiency with SQL Server and subcomponents thereof • High degree of proficiency in the creation and extension of relational database schema and DDL • Experience working within an *agile scrum framework* • Experience with *Test Driven Development (TDD)* • Experience with *common data exchange formats and approaches* • Position may include other duties as determined by the company. *Required:* • Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field • 6 years of experience in *full cycle design & development of Java solutions* • Must have *SQL database programming, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery and Ajax* • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • High attention to detail and problem resolution *Preferred Experience, but not a must:* • Experience with Ember, backbone, or other leading JavaScript framework • Experience with Twitter Bootstrap Please send me below information to submit your resume to client.
