Need long term commitment (1+ year) to project (as lot of domain knowledge
will be gathered)
Need to see portfolio of UX work (Research, Insights, concepts, rapid
prototypes, user validation, documentation)
Tools – prototyping tools like Axure, Omni grafle, Illustrator et al.
(quite flexible in choice and comfort)
