Integration Systems Analyst - Healthcare Integration

Location: Redwood City, CA

The Integrations Systems Analyst will partner with project teams, taking
responsibility for design and delivery of system integration solutions for
our Commercial Operations department.

The ideal analyst understands XML, SQL databases, Salesforce.com, and
Microsoft’s Enterprise Service Bus. The ideal analyst is quick to learn
business processes, and adept at negotiating technical decisions with a
business team.

• Understand and document integration needs of GHI Commercial, including
o Document field-level integration maps
o Write technical user stories for Salesforce configuration
o Define business rules for processing and creating integration messages
• Serve as an interface to Salesforce system integrators, assisting in
planning their work and monitoring their deliverables.

• Assist in status reporting
• Escalate issues affecting scope, budget, and timelines
• Consistently interact professionally and work productively with employees
at all levels



Skill set:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an analysis or consulting position
• Good technical understanding of XML, XSLT, SQL, Salesforce.com and
Microsoft Enterprise Service Bus
• Excellent organization, communication, analysis, and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and
external customers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative
team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) software
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• “Get it done” attitude
• Superior communication and business-technical interaction skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to ramp up quickly in any functional area
• Ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
