Location : Plantation, FL
Duration : 6 month Contract
DL : $40/Hr on C2c or 1099
Interview : TODAY

Experience creating business requirements
BA on *CRM application* support!!!!!
Experience developing project plans and schedules
Experience preparing routine project/task status reports
Experience with specification documentation
Communicates effectively with all levels including both technical and
non-technical staff, internal and external to the company. Must be able to
explain technical issues to non-technical people
Communication Skills! Must be clear and concise in written and oral
communications.
Working experience with relational databases (Oracle and SQL)
*SQL Queries *
Standard Application Workflow experience (screen layout, field edits,
business rules, etc…)
Technical Writing
Plusses
Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project)
*Call Center CRM application* support experience is obviously a HUGE plus!
This people will be working closely with the clients to gather requirements
and technically document all plans and schedules to then deliver to the
technical teams for the upcoming release of the company’s new CRM
application.
