• Troubleshooting knowledge

· Candidate should have team lead experience (8-10 members
production support team)
· Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment.
· Ability to be part of a team and collaborate with various
individuals within the organization
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to communicate both technically and business-like based
in the audience.
