This position is estimated to be 75% technical so they will need to have
developing and coding experience, they will be doing design and
modification and “all-of-the-above” and 25% functional so they do need to
have a solid understanding of HR processes
Oracle Advanced Benefits and Oracle HR experience
Oracle Employee Self Service experience
Oracle Manager Self Service experience
Oracle 11i experience (can have other versions, but MUST have worked with
11i
