Here is the JD for performance testing for CTRYMST
1 Strong practical knowledge on HP-LoadRunner / JMeter and HP-Performance
Centre 11+
2 Experience with tools and techniques for performance measurement,
profiling, and optimization
3 Very strong in test script development using HP- LoadRunner on (Web
Protocol), WebServices (over HTTP), Test Execution and Reporting is a
plus-point
4 Strong knowledge on Performance Test Environment, IBM infrastructure
(servers, components, MQ, IOD), Oracle, network,
5 Experience on Load runner scripting
6 Experience in Load runner execution
7 Experience in performance analysis and the tool used.
8 Should have Good knowledge on understanding AWR reporting from DB and
heap and thread dump analysis
9 Knowledge of monitoring tool is added advantage - Dynatrace, wily,
sitescope
10 Willingness to learn continuously with a drive to exceed expectations
