*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

-Exchange 2007: Expert level

-Several years experience in 3000+ mailbox environment

-Experience with these components of Exchange 2007: CAS, Mailbox, Hub
Transport

-Symantec Enterprise Vault: with email (required), file system, and
SharePoint archiving

-Minimum of 5 years overall Exchange experience in large environments



*PREFERRED SKILLS:*

-Genifax electronic fax system

-Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.0

-Microsoft Exchange Edge

-Tumbleweed Mailgate/SecureMessenger

-Microsoft Office Communications server 2007

-Prior Lead/Supervisory experience



*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Messaging Groupware Administrator III

-This position will administer, support, and architect corporate Messaging
systems.

-The position has the potential to become the team lead.

-Provides basic systems administration, operational support and problem
resolution for messaging and GroupWare systems.

-Coordinates basic messaging and GroupWare system administration and
operational support (e.g., software installation, maintenance and support,
problem reports, adds, changes, deletes and disk space management).

-Develops, communicates, and monitors the operational standards and
procedures for messaging and GroupWare systems.

-Assists in monitoring of system performance and capacity planning.

-Troubleshoots and/or interacts with IT staff or vendors in testing,
operational support and troubleshooting of complex messaging and GroupWare
problems.

-Acts as a technical resource to the IT staff and systems users.

-Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

 **

*Level III -- Lead/Subject Matter Depth and Breadth:*

-Extensive experience in multiple and diverse environments and
applications.

-Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues and considerations
of the subject  matter.

-Resource has played a leadership role in establishing standards, policies
strategy and best practice.

-Ability to discuss industry and marketplace trends and directions and site
relevant case studies.

-Resource has had an influence on wide or high-impact decisions and
initiatives and has a theoretical background and understanding of the
subject matter.

-Capable of managing manages a diverse and complex suite of projects
simultaneously.

-Experience managing cross-functional projects/project teams
