*Location: *Coppell, TX *Duration:* Long Term *Experience Level/Designation:* 5+ Yrs *Desired start date:* Immediate *Must Have Skills: *Mortgage Banking, Business Analysis and Loan Servicing *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * *Responsibilities will include*: · *Should have hands on BI experience with Analytics requirement generation for showcasing data* to the client. · *Hands on experience with some BI tool e.g> Xcelsius or any other tool is a must.* · Should be able to generate requirements on his own for providing solutions to client issues with consulting mindset · Accountable resource in providing analytical expertise based on application and process knowledge to recommend solutions that meet the business need. · Creates functional specification documentation that consists of use cases, including documented workflows and business rules; screen prototypes and user and application interface designs to communicate planned system functionality. · Defines and assists Development with designing technology based solutions to meet business requests within established technology frameworks. *Qualifications* · BS degree (or equivalent work experience) in Information Technology (IT), Business/Finance or related discipline. · *3+ years’ experience in mortgage banking (Servicing knowledge is a must)* · 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role that involved to mentoring, coaching, training and guiding. · Experience interacting with all levels of management · Proficient in multiple business disciplines/functions. · Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization and geographically distributed teams including offshore. · Demonstrated ability to work as a team player; leading the group to develop alternative solutions to complex problems, thinking outside the box, encouraging group consensus and recommending the best solution. · Detail oriented with strong organization skills, presentation skills, problem solving and decision making abilities. · Skillful with scenario-based analysis and use case driven design techniques. · Extensive project and program experience with a proven record of delivery. · Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. · Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts. · Proficiency in Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required · Mainframe/Progress DB a nice to have · Application Security exposure a nice to have Thanks & Regards, Rahul Mishra E-Solutions Inc 2 N.
