Job Title : QA Automated Tester
Location : Boston, MA (NEED LOCAL)
Duration : 12+ Months

Description:*
These people will be contributors in the domain of software testing and
quality assurance. S/he is able to propose and/or develop verification and
validation approaches for mitigating business risk through the development
of test automation frameworks. Knowledge of QA best practices, test
methods, tools and techniques is mature. S/he applies solid verbal and
written communication skills to communicate their expertise, design
solutions, contribute to the maturation of the test organization, impact
the project and reduce the firm’s total cost of ownership. S/he will be
part of developing a SilkTest automation framework for an n-tier financial
application. If lacking Silk will bring up to speed.
*
Required Skills:*
Experience in the investment sector needed
7+ years of strong technical competency testing web applications
SilkTest desired but heavy automation and investment exp otherwise should
work.
Solid work with QTP, Quality Centre and other automated test tools
Advanced understanding of test design
General Windows and Unix technical skills and experience.
