The resources needed are as follows:
· Oracle CRM 12.04.
· Includes
o Oracle
o Contracts
o Field servicee
o Install base,
o Order quoting
o Proposals
· At least 10+ years progressive experience as a Business Solution
Analyst implementing technology solutions supporting CRM modules and Field
Service operations.
· Extensive business domain knowledge in Service function ( PMA
contracts, Inspection, Break Fix, Scheduling, IVR etc)
· Extensive implementation and delivery experience of industry
popular technology solutions such as Oracle EBS to support business needs
for Service function Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· The requirement is for Functional/BSA. The expectation is someone
who can work on the detailed design who can work with SG business team and
collect all the requirements. Also to configure the system for that specific
design.
Rate: Market rat
Location: Dallas Texas.
Duration: 6 months
