Oracle HCM /EBS Payroll and Advanced Benefits Functional Consultant for a 9
month contract in Philadelphia:
Start date is May 1st
Duration: 9 months
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job description
This request is for a consultant to assist with the implementation of
Oracle EBS HCM (Payroll and Advanced Benefits). Working knowledge of
client essential requirements from HCM. Candidate needs to be experienced
having been an implementer involved in at least three R12 Payroll
implementations. Experience in past engagements required being hands-on;
well-rounded in EBS in order to deliver successful efforts. Ability to
build relationships with consultants and client staff.
Required Skills/Experience:
Three (3+) years R12 experience in Oracle HCM module Payroll.
Need to be experienced with creation of Benefit plans and Payroll elements.
Should have at least 5-7 years of work experience on Oracle HRMS & Payroll
Module.
Experience in business process consulting, problem definition,
architecture/design /detailing of processes.
Excellent client facing skills to include problem solving and collaboration.
HRMS & Payroll Functional, PL/SQL, Reports, Workflow.
Should have worked in a functional capacity having good functional
understanding of Business Processes as well as very good understanding on
architecture of R12 EBS HRMS & Payroll modules
Highly motivated, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive
in a business-critical high stress environment.
Well organized, excellent communications skills
