*Interview type: Phone and Skype interview*
*Requirements:*
· *5 years of ATG development experience (up to version 10.09),
specifically in Commerce (only want to see top-notch candidates)*
· *Able to write strong Java code and demonstrate they have a keen
ability (outside of the ATG application, nothing to do with ATG here)*
· *Has worked extensively in an Agile development methodology
(created automated unit tests, knows how to refactor using Agile methods,
etc.)*
· *Will work with legacy code for maintenance, support,
enhancements, as well as build service layer on top of ATG*
· *Will work in small teams and must be a very experienced
candidate, not timid but confident in their abilities*
