Insurance BA with either defined benefit or defined contribution experience.
Detailed job description
Strong Retirements Services (RS) domain experience
Should be proficient with gathering req, writing functional documentation
Web/Portal experience is a big plus (it could be exp of an agent portal too)
Should be familiar with Use Cases, will have to create Use Cases as an end
product from requirement analysis sessions
Familiarity with Requisite Pro or other Requirement management tools
Excellent Communication Skills
Liaise with customers, technical project resources, and other project teams
Should be able to drive requirement elaboration sessions with business,
conducting JAD Sessions etc….
