· Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst and/or System
Analyst

Working knowledge of Facets 4.51 or later releases
Working knowledge of the Enrollment / Product configuration subject areas
Working knowledge of the Claims configuration subject areas
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
