Business Analysts with experience working on a Compensation system? *Business Analyst - Human Resources Systems* *Location: Jersey City, NJ*** *Type: Contract *** *Duration: 6 – 12 Months*** *Job Summary & Responsibilities *** We are looking for a Business Analyst to work directly with the Human ResourcesTechnology group, and liaise with HR functional groups. ** *We expect the role to involve: *** • In depth data analysis and queries • Business and functional analysis for applications, data flows and methodologies • Discuss and assist in the documentation of requirements with the business team globally • Support application development among a team of people located globally • Provide support regarding the application * *** *DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS * The candidate will have the opportunity to • Grow existing leadership, project management and business analysis skills in a global environment • Gain an understanding of HR, and specifically the Reward area space • Participate in a global development team, developing a re-architected compensation system *Basic Qualifications *** The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with business and technology groups. Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. *We are also looking for the following: *** *Business Analysis / Project Management *** • Understanding and experience of the project lifecycle from initiation to implementation • A proven track record in delivering projects of various sizes and functional complexity • Interaction with stakeholders including senior project sponsors and project team members • Demonstrated experience of complex requirements elicitation, analysis and management • Contribution to the development and implementation of strategic functional architecture *Interpersonal Skills *** • An aptitude and interest in both technology and business • The ability to communicate with senior business unit managers and direct reports; understanding business needs/concerns and helping them liaise with teams across the firm • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must • Highly motivated.
