Seeking PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Lead resource for a client that will
develop and support all aspects of a PeopleSoft HRMS application portfolio.
This role is for a PeopleSoft Enhancement project.
This role will require independent thinking, and leadership to provide
creative technical solutions to meet business objectives.
Must be able to play lead role in assisting PM and project team in
developing project plan. Must be able to enhance applications per business
requirements. Must be able to interpret functional requirements and
complete technical designs.
This role will provide technical lead support for the PeopleSoft HRMS and
legacy HRMS applications.
- Review of enhancements
- Develop and implement project upgrade plan
- Application of patches and upgrades.
- Make decisions regarding operational and application corrections.
- Provide recommendations on procedures and deadlines.
- Work with client to improve work processes and identify cost savings
opportunities.
Qualifications
*Required:*
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science
- 7+ years of work experience in an IT function in a support and
development role
- 7+ years of development and programming experience
- 7+ years of experience using SQL
- Experience using PeopleSoft version 8.8 or higher.
- Experience using the following PeopleSoft tools: SQR, People Tools,
Application Engineering
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
*Preferred:*
- Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools (Integration Broker,
Component Interface)
- PeopleSoft HR experience in development and support of a Payroll, Time
and Labor, and Benefits environment
- PeopleSoft enhancement experience
- General knowledge of formal change control processes
- Experience applying patches
