Collaborate with business and team members in requirements analysis,
application design, development and integration related to, Financials,
Front-Office, and Portal. Provide production system support and participate
as key member of the PeopleSoft delivery team.



RESPONSIBILITIES



These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to
perform with or without reasonable accommodation.



  *   Create and maintain PeopleSoft customizations and integration with
other related modules.

  *   Monitor emerging systems and applications enhancements and identify
functional solutions with high payoffs for the system.

  *   Develop and manage assigned PeopleSoft upgrade projects through their
lifecycle.

  *   Collaborate with team to resolve issues that affect system
availability, reliability, and performance.

  *   Manage PeopleSoft systems and applications usage policies, standards,
queries and reports.

  *   Issue business system bulletins to inform users of applications
changes, as required.

  *   Develop queries and reports to support business requirements.

  *   Develop proactive systems and application action plans to prevent
unplanned outages.

  *   Coordinate systems change control activities with functional team
leads and management.

  *   Manage support requests providing user support and management updates
as required.

  *   Ensure system and applications security by protecting the corporate
information technologies from unauthorized access, use, and interruption
including user login administration.

  *   Manage and coordinate the development of applications disaster
recovery plan with applications administrators and conduct periodic testing.

  *   Provide Project Management, Change Control Management, Test Systems
Management, and Training Coordination for the PeopleSoft delivery team as
needed.







Must have skills:



  *   Demonstrated knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, Staffing
Front-Office and/or HCM including debugging functional problems and
providing improved application solutions and performance.

  *   PS Accounting experience with a high level of GL / AR / AP

  *   Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with
end-users and the business to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  *   Proficient in PeopleSoft/PeopleCode application development.

  *   Ability to respond in a flexible manner and to reprioritize work as
the situation demands.

  *   Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  *   Demonstrated ability to identify problems and work creatively to
resolve them, considering the impact to the company.

  *   Must be able to follow instructions, be self-motivating, and work
with a minimal supervision.

  *   Good organizational skills and time management skills are required.

  *   Must have the proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work as
a “team player”.

  *   Competent skills to debug and uncover root cause and provide
solution(s).



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE



  *   This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or
Information Systems. Masters degree a plus.

  *   Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft platform and framework.

  *   3 – 6 years related work experience including technical systems and
applications management, design, analysis, and configuration.

  *   5+ years experience with PeopleCode and SQR/SQL.

  *   2+ years experience with Application Engine and Integration Broker.

  *   3+ years experience as a PeopleSoft Application Designer and Crystal
Reports.

·      PeopleTools experience, preferably 8.5x or greater.
