*Job Title : Server Side Java Developer***
Location : *Atlanta, GA***
*Duration : 6+ Months*
Note: Need OPT/EAD, GC, Citizens
Top Three Skills:**
1) Java/J2EE development
2) WebServices; most be able to create from scratch and consume. They are
using Restful. SOAP is accepted. **
3) Web frameworks; they are using Spring MVC but other comparable
frameworks will do.
-Java/J2EE
-WebServices; consume and create from scratch - SOAP or Restful
-Standard web frameworks; HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax
-Experience with standard SQL
-Familiarity with standard source repositories; SVN
-OOD, Software Design Patters
- IDEs and App Servers; they are using Tomcat
-General proficiency in JSON
-HL7 is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Write scalable, high-performance infrastructure, tools, and web-based
(Apache Tomcat) applications in Java 1.6 / J2EE
- Suggest and promote improvements in performance, scalability, usability,
and maintainability
- Present and support ideas during design collaboration; implement and
support the team’s design during development
- Conform to, and coach others on best practices
- Commit to team success through Agile planning, estimating, and
presentation meetings.
- Write and perform unit tests to confirm proper functionality
- Design and conduct load tests to confirm scalability and performance
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members and other teams to ensure
organization-wide success in both functionality and delivery timelines
REQUIRED SKILLS**
- 5+ years minimum Java/J2EE Developer experience
- 1 year of Java application architecture experience for highly
multi-threaded infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Java and J2EE Design Patterns
- Working experience in server clustered environments for load balancing
and performance throughput
- Understanding of Java Security infrastructure
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Personal commitment to quality
