Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs. Deep knowledge of IT solution planning and management. Understanding of integration capabilities. Expert in data models and an understanding of relational databases. Experience with TIBCO middleware technologies (Business Works, Business Connect, EDI-X12 (in conjunction with Business Connect),EMS, ADB, Workflow (Inconcert, Business Works Collaborator), HAWK and additional adapters) A minimum of 3 years experience with Business Connect Experience with XML concepts, frameworks, and standards.
