· Java development - 5+years
· SSO (Single Sign-On) experience (SAML - Security Assertion
Mark-up Language)
· Websphere expereince (b/c it will be easier to troubleshoot)
Pluses:
· Struts
· Spring
· Web services
· Oauth (security protocol)
· BCBS (not as helpful b/c they have to learn their internal
processes specific to BCBS AL and it would not be relevant experience at
another BCBS).
Description:**
SSO (Single Sign-On) went into production in March of this year. They had
the thought "if we build it, they will come" and they were right. There has
been a large increase in demand for implementing SSO in different areas and
for multiple systems. Currently, the Marketing department is mainly driving
demand. The Healthcare Industry is going that way with SSO. This person
will need to be an ambassador for SSO (so somewhat of a sales person). This
person will be looking at Java code, interacting with developers, making
modifications to applications to enable SSO, assisting with troubleshooting
(shoulder surfing w/ developers, etc), setting up SSO with large groups’
technical people, attend meetings (so they should understand lingo and know
whether or not they can do it), and do some development in test environment
(not necessarily in production), some scripting (help automate things with
Identity Management, Powershell, Fortify). They will use Fortify to look
through Java code to identify security issues.
