DBA will perform tasks as follow:
Analyze data and perform data cleanup as per IT Management
Develop long-term solutions for recurring data errors
Work with application developers to identify erroneous data entering the
system and rectify the applications
Coordinate meetings with Business users to gather data rules
Meet with application developers to gather requirements for data and/or
database changes
Keep log of all cleanup data changes done by IT
Analyze proposed system changes and provide solutions to management
Coordinate with IT DBAs on recommendations for database enhancements
Monitor DB performance and provide recommendations for DB tuning
Write Stored Procedures to routinely check for data anomalies
Develop solution for recurring data errors
Prepare IT DBAs to run extensive database changes in production
Provide Weekly Activity Reports to Management
Provide documentation of all data and database changes
Provide documentation of all SPs/DTSs and procedures created
