*Position: Database Service Delivery Manager
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Job Type: Fulltime**
Job Description:*
A strong database service delivery manager with primary skills people and
service management exposure and Oracle, SQL technical skills.
•13+ years overall IT experience out of which last 5 years on Service
Delivery
•End to end servicer delivery experience with onsite & offshore operation
•Should be involved in direct customer interaction & reviews at least at
Director Level
•Experience in project management, transition management, Datacenter
operations etc.
•Experience in defining Service Improvement Plan (SIP), reviews and
execution
•Good exposure to Infra technologies, ITIL processes & tools
•Good understating on budget and P&L management
•PMP & ITIL certification will be added advantage
•Ensure completion of project deliverables and adherence to timelines and
budgets
•Analyze and resolve issues/risks that have the potential to jeopardize the
ability to meet agreed upon deliverables
•Manage internal and external client expectations on all project
requirements and deliverables
*Database Exp:*
•5-7 Years of experience on Database Administration / Support
Responsibilities.
•Customer facing, team SPOC, handling escalation calls, act as interface
between customer and Management.
•Prior exp. in Install, configure, manage, patching and upgrade oracle
9i/1Og/11g/12c, MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
•Prior exp. in Setting up Logical & physical Standby databases and monitor.
