Discription:
On-shore development resource(s) who has 2+ years experience working with
customers on the ServiceNow platform
Experience in implementing ServiceNow Incident, Change, Asset,
Configuration, and Request Management. Experience with Employee Self
Service UK also a plus. (ITIL/ITSM understanding is pre-requisite)
Development experience in Javascript and integrations leveraging SOAP
processing or Rest APIs. Bootstrap Twitter also a plus…….
Familiarity with translating customer stories and functional requirements
into technical requirements
Implement Service-Now customization including, but not limited to, Client
Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow
administration, report setup, and data imports and exports.
Some experience with steady state administration of ServiceNow – so looking
for resource(s) who can also understand steady state operational needs
Resource comfortable working in disciplined design/build/test/release
structure, especially understanding concept of unit testing before handing
over for functional and UAT
