Duration :- 12 months UI Designer As a designer, you will: • Influence stakeholders and help them discover, understand, articulate and deliver user-centered design solutions. • Direct creation of elegant, world-class interaction models and screen designs. • Take part in qualitative and quantitative research to include ethnographic research, usability, accessibility assessments and market research. • Facilitate team design sessions & reviews. • Be flexible about taking part in multiple efforts in a constant state of change. • Be an advocate for user-centered design and be a positive influence in the organization. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: • Intimate knowledge of user experience and interaction design. • Experience in designing world-class, elegant design artifacts including wireframes, screen designs and prototypes. • The ability to push creativity, discover new ways to approach and solve a problem, and challenge established thinking. • Develop design rationale and explain choices with others, with the ability to express concepts visually and verbally. • Collaborate with, develop and build a relationship of trust with other design practitioners and developers. • Ability to work on all phases of the design process, from thinking to deliverables. • The ability to convey concepts and complex sets of data visually in ways that are easy to understand. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to make compelling and clear design presentations for varied audiences. • Strong business acumen – must be able to explain why your design makes business sense for Gap Inc. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on interface design experience. • Experience with many of the following tools: • Omnigraffle, Visio,Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. • Implementation tools and techniques: • HTML coding, basic JavaScript coding, CSS, DHTML, HTML editors, etc. Thanks & regards Moiz Khan Allied Informatics Inc. 1815 Satellite Blvd. Suite 302 Duluth, GA 30097 USA.
