*Job Description*:
•10 years software development experience as a Java Developer
•A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring, multi-threaded
systems preferred.
•Experience directing projects to an efficient solution while meeting
aggressive timelines.
•Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, thoughts, and opinions
during requirements and design sessions with the development team.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Willing to take initiative, learn quickly and be able to adapt to shifting
priorities is essential.
•Strong attention to detail
•Core Java, Multi-threading, Performance Tuning, Servlets, JSP
•J2EE 7 Development Experience
•HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery or similar JavaScript libraries a strong plus
•Exposure to Agile / TDD is a strong plus.
•Experience with JMS and other Messaging Queuing systems a plus
•XML and Web Services
•Complex Data Models
•Experience with SOAP and RESTWeb Services a plus
*•Must have knowledge expert with consumer lending products –
Secured/Unsecured Loans, Credit Cards, Auto, Real Estate*
*•Functionally knowledgeable in multiple lending areas including – Loan
origination, underwriting, credit decision, credit policies, collateral*
•Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
•Strong interpersonal, written and public speaking skills with ability to
communicate complex information, qualitative and quantitative concepts,
to all levels of associates and management
•Experience in developing and writing process documentation
