systems, monitor performance and troubleshoot alerts.*

•                      *Incident management - System failure analysis and
recovery; insuring system consistency and integrity.*

•                      Problem management - *Ability to analyze problems,
determine root cause, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution.*

•                      *Proficient knowledge and practice of Unix Shell
scripting or Perl.*

•                      Ability to deal with changing priorities and handle
multiple projects.

•                      Participation in on call rotation in *a 24x7 data
center environment.*
