*At least 10+ years production support experience in Oracle 10g and higher,
and at least 3 - 5 years in 11g*
Role is day-to-day Oracle Database Operations and support
Very Strong skills in Oracle 10g, 11g and 12c
Sound knowledge of Oracle RAC & ASM
Solid experience with RMAN backup & recovery, cloning (RMAN duplicate),
export/import, Standby creation and maintenance
Excellent SQL tuning and debugging skills
