Location: Madison, WI
Project Manager of a large, mission critical application with several
important integration with other mission critical applications. PM will be
overseeing 3 scrum teams who will be using agile scrum techniques. Our
project is one of 26 other projects- excellent communication is essential.
Looking for a Strong Project Manager who has successfully managed large
application development projects.
Required Skills:
1. Expert project management skills and experience working on large software
application development projects. Should have strong experience with
projects of at least 10,000 hours.
2. Strong risk management experience
3. Program/project metrics reporting knowledge
4. Excellent team building skills
5. Team player
6. Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written
7. Proactive on identifying issues and areas of the project that need
attention
8. Experience/Exposure to Scrum/Agile
9. Strong presentation/facilitation skills
10. Ability to work with all levels in the organization
11. Ability to lead and direct others
12. Managing project inter-dependencies
13. Ability Manage vendors
14. Ability to meet tight timelines
15. Independent self-starter
16. Highly organized and efficient
*Desired Skills:*
1. Experience on project that include vendor products and many integrations.
2. MS Office, MS Project, and Rally Experience
3. PMP
