*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
* **Ø **Min 7+ years IT experience (Relevant Exp must be 4 + years
with Siteminder SSO and 2+ years hands on exp with **Federation SSO, SAML**)
.*
*Ø **Ability to work independently on SiteMinder integrations with
different web servers.*
*Ø **Experience with different version of siteminder products.***
*Ø **Ability to design, install, configure and maintain SiteMinder
infrastructure and application*
*Ø **Strong experience and expertise in **Federation SSO**.*
*Ø **Ability to Lead the Architecture / Design of **Federation** **Single
Sign On.***
*Ø **Strong working knowledge of CA-Siteminder (Netegrity) policy
enforcement products/concepts.*
*Ø **SSO Login page concepts.*
*Ø **Identify and solve problems to supply leadership with technical
answers and options.*
*Ø **Independently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance.*
*Ø **Prepare technical documentation, as well as root cause analysis
reports.*
*Ø **Prepare and deliver regular status reports, updates and
communication to the client and SDG management.*
*Ø **Be a proactive member of the on-call team.*
*Ø **Mentor** and guide less experienced team members.*
*Ø **Ability to support multiple projects concurrently (typically
critical projects or major SiteMinder/LDAP upgrade etc).*
*Ø **Understanding of Oracle DB, LDAP, AD, Directory server (Sun/CA)
and their use as data stores with SiteMinder.*
*Ø **Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.*
*Ø *Must have worked in 24X7 supports environments.
**
* **DESIRED SKILLS:*
The following are *not required*, but considered a plus.
*Ø **Experience in OS platform for SiteMinder deployment - Windows,
Unix, Solaris*
*Ø **Web Service Administration including analysing and
troubleshooting Apache, IIS and Sun Servers.*
*Ø **Knowledge of Application Servers - Websphere and Weblogic*
*Ø **Experience on other Identity Management products.*
*Ø **Working Knowledge of programming language like Java, J2E etc.*
