Job Description
· ITIL awareness
· Experienced in performance testing, benchmarking, load testing
using automation tools like Load Runner, Silk Performer
· Basic knowledge of AR System Objects, Trouble Shooting, and
configurations
· End to end knowledge on ITSM applications lifecycle for IM, PM,
CM and AM
· Understanding of CMDB
· Responsible for the overall success of testing
· Review and understanding of business requirements and technical
design
· Analysis and creation of formal documentation – including project
test plans, reports and test cases
· Devise Test Strategy depending on project needs
· Provides resource planning, management and resolution of issues
that impede the test effort
· Interact and adapt to the Client & Partner requirements
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks
· Establishes the purpose and deliverables of the test effort
· Manage changes to project/test scope
· Communicate status to management
· Defect Management
· Strong client relationship management skills
· Strong planning and leadership skills
· Mentoring fellow team members, reviewing test scripts
· Ensure timely completion of module deliverables, meeting the
specified quality levels
